Comfort Inn Decatur Priceville

Location was very good. Beds and showers were very good. Breakfst was good.

Drain in sink didn't close. I was worried I might drop a contact lens down drain. Hole in wall near outlet. Scratched up chair seat {looked like maybe a dog or animal scratchbed it.}

Not one thing.

The place was filthy. Pillows were yellow, including cases, lights weren't working only flashing, smelled musty, no bathroom lock, vents were filled with dust, shower was not great, pool was filthy and no lights, building was filthy and run down, most uncomfortable stay we left at 430 am we couldn't take it. Couldn't sleep.

Breakfast had many good, fresh choices. Coffee was just OK however.

The curtains in room 102 had been trapped by someone opening and closing the window some time ago and was still hanging outside of the glass. It had been outside the window for enough time that the tail of the curtain looked like an American flag that was at least ten years old. When we corrected the situation we discovered a huge hole in the sun filtering curtaain. This is a sign of inadequate housekeeping. Gross incompetence.

Nothing

Lighting inside and out. Four 3rd floor hallway lights flickering constantly. Most parking lot lights out. Running (not dripping) bathtub. No phone or tv channel guide in our room (305). Ice machine not working. Rotting walls in the bathroom.

Location. Easy access just off the freeway. Beds were comfortable.

Property could use some maintenance. Doors and furniture were pealing with laminate missing. Bathroom had very poor lighting and the light over the sink was flickering.

The facilities are a bit run down but clean. The staff was nice but not always available. It was a good location for our travel purposes.
