"Clean your own room?"

Long stay, and twice room went three days without being clean. Had to go and get fresh towels. Over priced because of Refinery outage.

Any hotel in the area is pretty exceptional , But holiday inn is very nice and lit up, futuristic and fashionable..

Went for the indoor pool..had a bunch of disappointed kids with me! Says its being renovated but looks like a storage space. Guess they dont want to fool with the pool. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was great!!

The hotel is being renovated so there is no pool or breakfast and it is somewhat depressing. I am sure this hotel usually meets Holiday Inn Express's standards but my family and I were disappointed when arrived and it was in the shape it was in.

Hotel is under renovation but was a beautiful room. Completely redone, plenty of plugs for the electronics. Only negative st this time is the contractors took up a significant part of the parking lot.

This is probably not a good time to review this property since they were remodeling everything. We were fortunate to get a room there on short notice and the room we stayed in was recently remodeled. The room was nice. No complaints there. The exercise room, swimming pool, and dinning room were not available due to the remodeling. All of those would have been nice to have--especially the complimentgary breakfast.
