"I usually don't complain, but this place was just so disappointing."

The breakfast was okay. The person handling the breakfast area, Lisa, was very nice and made sure everything was filled and cleaned the tables after they had been occupied.

Our room didn't have any towel bars. NONE. The desk clerk said that all Comfort Inns are like that. They will only give you replacement towels if you bring the wet ones to the front desk, or after you have been there three days. We ended up hanging our wet towels on the clothes hangers in the little closet. The desk clerk bragged about how clean their hotel was. NO. The bathroom floor was sticky, the carpets and curtains were very dirty, the sink drain was black with scum and didn't drain properly, the elevator was very dirty. The closet door was broken. There were only two very small drawers for our clothes. There were no information sheets providing things like check out time, breakfast hours, pool hours, etc.

"This is a great spot for an overnight in Payson."

The property location is convenient, and the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds and nice linens. Breakfast was fully stocked and good hot coffee always available. Staff was very attentive.

We scheduled a room with hot tub/spa in the room but received a room without it. The concierge said that was due to Booking.com room placement.

"Totally fine but much too expensive"

I liked how close my room was to the door and how simple the check-in and check-out processes were. There was enough space in the room and the bed was okay.

The price tag. Shower and water pressure left a lot to be desired no matter the showerhead setting
