The location and the cleanliness of the actual room.

We couldn't enjoy the facilities due to foreigners with their children running and screaming until closing time. The staff couldn't care less and their reply was " that's too bad." There should only be adults in a hot tub after 8pm. The amenities are part of what you're paying for , you should be able to use them for even a hour without being stared at , splashed and nerves being worn by screaming savages.
