"It was okay 😌"

The pool and jacuzzi were very nice we had a good time there and the breakfast was really decent

The staff that was running at the time didn't know what was going on. I had asked for early check-in in the king room and they checked in the other two rooms that we had for our kids so we had to go and share their rooms for a bit. Check-in time is at 3:00 they couldn't get our room ready till 3:30. And they acted like they didn't really care. The lady at the desk said oh here they come again!!! I take that as maybe you should get your staff to take care of the place quicker when you talk about 3:00 check-in I should be checking in by then. The beds were very uncomfortable for the night even my kids said that they didn't sleep good. I don't know why but the last time we were there it was fine what is the deal this time the only saving Grace was the pool area and the breakfast. I think they need to get people that care about who comes in and stays at their places not just working there for the hell of it!!!

Nice location

My room was right down the hall from front desk. It was noisy because of that. Kept waking up to loud taking through the night
