The location is excellent in proximity to Berkeley and walking distance to many stores and restaurants

Smells bad, dirty, run down, elevator broken, needs major renovation for the price it’s charging

Excellent location for UC Berkeley. Rooms are clean but very dated. Parking situation during move in was painful - the lot is so small it requires a lot of time to park / exit.
