The decor and location was good. But the mattress was terrible. Could not sleep. Had to move hotels after a one night of a 4 night stay.

The front desk employee, Sara, is the rudest, most hostile, and unhelpful hotel employee I’ve ever met in a hotel. I politely asked if there was a room upgrade available upon check in for my hard earned Hilton Gold membership. Without even looking, she yelled “No!” I waited for another employee’s shift to inquire. He was much more helpful and said one would be available the next day. He also gave me a welcome bag that Sara neglected to do. When I went back the next day, again without looking, Sara said the room is now gone. I replied she didn’t even look and she proceeded to scream: “are you calling me a liar?!!!!” and “you expect me to give you a room with that attitude??!?! I had no attitude and could tell this person was just looking for a fight. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THAT DOESNT CARE FOR ITS GUESTS OR HONORS REWARDS MEMBERS. Never again.

The hotel is a bit older but great location if you’re going to a concert at the Greek theater. Close to campus with many restaurants around the hotel.

I stay at a a lot of hotels and Hiltons in particular and this was one of the worst. First, the good point...the location is great. We were there to attend a concert at the Greek Theater and could easily walk to the venue. I know there were some complaints about the small size of the rooms but ours wasn't too bad - I've definitely stayed in much smaller rooms (we had a king size bed). The noise is awful though. Our room faced Durant and you could hear everything. And as others have mentioned the walls are paper thin so you know exactly what your neighbors are doing...unfortunately. However, what really annoyed me was the $25 "destination fee" they charge you and then said we could use in the restaurant or bar. Well we weren't going to be there for dinner and I had bought the breakfast option so really couldn't use that $25. Of course they don't tell you when you book the room and had I known, I would have not paid for the breakfast option. The breakfast selection is limited and we ordered breakfast sandwiches that were not good (overcooked eggs and burnt brioche buns). So save your hard-earned money and go elsewhere .

Staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were clean and well appointed.

Let me start by saying the staff at this hotel is absolutely lovely. They are the best part of the hotel. The property itself is very old and has that old smell to it. The rooms are TINY (I had 2 double beds and it was tight). No idea how more than 1 person could stay in this room. The bathroom was so small, as was the sink and every time I used it water went all over the floor. There was no hot water in the shower both days I stayed there so expect a freezing cold shower. The hotel walls are paper thin. I could EVERYTHING the people next door did (could even hear them opening food wrappers). At one point I thought someone was in my room because of the noise. Nope, just paper thin walls with no soundproofing. If you stay here request the top floor so nobody is walking above you (wood floors). This was honestly one of the worst facilities I have ever stayed at in my life and I do a solid amount of traveling.

No hot water free parking $45 breakfast included $26. Super crowded with students. Mangal take a shower with the garden, knows the women want hot water too much money for two little Hilton should be ashamed

Parking was terrible. We have stayed at this location once before with no problem. The second visit was terrible. Apparently they blocked off the parking lots for football tailgate party. This left no parking. Parking on the street is nearly impossible. There is a garage 2 blocks away but because of the football game the cost 55.00 per night. Then took 30 minutes to get into front door from outside because it was packed with students there to party. This all fine if I would have been aware of it. Hotel gave no awareness when booking room. I will find another place to stay when in town to visit my son.

Eric is fabulous. The room was small but lovely, quiet in the back. Close to campus, easy walking. Lobby has food and coffee. It's a nice old hotel. Fun keys and great photos abd posters are about the walls. We appreciate the awesome staff. Thank you

No more food available at 11 am, one hour before announced close.

Hotel kept charging items to my account, despite full prepayment. Staff told me that I would receive credit back to my Amex; still waiting.
