Comfort Inn & Suites Sequoia/Kings Canyon

Property was run down and dirty. Room was outdated and mattress was terrible. Bathroom was dirty, hair everywhere, overall just unclean.

Breakfast was utter chaos and dirty

It was our first time staying at Comfort Inn and it will be our last. First floor rooms are too close to the parking and the gaps at the bottom door entrance made the noise even worse. We unfortunately given the bottom floor and had to suffer the experiences from the second floor with the nightly and early 5am wake ups by people stomping and luggage dragging noises. In addition, the toilet was dirty with disgusting stains. The only positive experience was the house keeping team.

Wonderful staff; very helpful and kind. The room was ok; could have been a bit cleaner. I could not find any outdoor garbage containers. Hallways and windows needed cleaning. The breakfast was good

Great stay, close to Sequoia National Park. Good pool!

Public area outside and exercise room seemed dusty

Great location but poor breakfast. Uninformed at check in about a planed power cut which would mean no water, no air con, no fan, no fridge, no lighting in high heat.

Not much choice around the park, but this place is pretty much bottom of the barrel. Wi-Fi kept breaking down. The breakfast was just about as awful as you’d expect. And not enough seating on top of it.

Check-in and check-out were fine. However, the spa in the room was extremely noisy and unusable. The swimming pool needed maintenance, with various debris floating on the water. The next morning at breakfast time, when people started arriving at 7:30 AM, the scrambled eggs were already empty, and no one had refilled them. There were no seats available, and our family had to stand at a table across from the front desk to eat breakfast. For a hotel that cost around $300, it was somewhat disappointing.
