Most of the staff were very helpful and have the initiative to help us out throughout our stay. The hotel gym was awesome.

Luck of wellness facilities such as spa and sauna service. Please add more playing zones outside of the hotel such as table tennis and tennis court/pickle ball court.

This is a very dated and tired resort. Mould in bathroom, non existent internet and wifi in the actual rooms ( we had 2) , Long, long wait times for room service and wait service in bars.

"Comfortable and a very fancy reception area."

Great location, friendly staff, wine on arrival. The room was clean and straight across from the beach which was nice. Buffet breakfast had a range of options and was well cooked. We loved the bathrobe and slippers.

Even though we had booked for 3, there was only two towels in the room and we had to call reception to ask them to make up the sofa bed. I would expect that to be ready on arrival. Outside our room in the garden, there was old cigarette butts, an empty drink bottle and a dirty towel which is quite off putting an for an expensive resort, I would expect it to be very clean and free of rubbish.

Excellent breakfast; especially for vegetarians, beautiful location, lovely reception, stunning pool, very relaxing, most staff courteous and helpful, though the manager on duty was a bit rude; great sized rooms,

Uncomfortable beds. Really should change these. Plate of chips took over an hour to be served. Really rude manager on duty.
