Location to the beach was great, buffet breakfast was very good.

Resort very rundown. Our room was very dirty, dusty. Shower over bath was not great, the bottom of the bath was peeling so very rough under feet. Bed & pillows were lumpy, not 5 star quality. Housekeeping obviously very rushed, our toilet did not get cleaned for 4 days, no toilet brushes in room to even clean yourself. Quite disgusting actually!

Breakfast buffet was excellent Room was lovely but a long way from the main facilities Pools were great and uncrowded. Always clean Staff were very well trained and happy

How big the resort was. The resort was soulless. When you walk into the foyer, it feels like a huge empty bland space. It needs some feeling you have arrived at a holiday destination. Too white and too open. Need a few shops up there eg a convenience store. The reception area is small and unappealing. The pool table looks stupid just sitting there. It seems the resort appeals for families with small babies and that is fine but Im guessing older children would be bored there. Life music at dinner and after dinner in an outside space is needed. There is nothing to do at the resort after dinner? How about a sports bar?

Beautiful pool , bar, breakfast

Check in took a long time and they couldn’t find my booking. Room was over $500 for one night and the plastic chairs outside caused terrible reaction for myself and my sister - obviously the chairs are old and some kind of fibres came off and ruined the night as I was so itchy and had to get tape from the reception staff to try and wax the fibres off.

Honestly only the fact its linked to the golf course, the beds and pillows were great, and it has a giant lagoon around the whole place.

The rooms are nice but a little dated for a resort with the price tag that it has. The food menu for room service was very short and severely over priced, charging $27 for a ham and cheese toasted sandwich. I just think for 500+ per night, you can get far better value elsewhere.
