Magnificent spacious swimming pools and gardens.

At check in they insisted on a physical credit card rather than payment via Apple Pay on phone. There was no prior warning this would be insisted on. Very fortunate we had one physical credit card with us! Also very poor that you cannot now book excursions via hotel and pay on check out.

"Lovely location but resort very rundown & dirty"

Location to the beach was great, buffet breakfast was very good.

Resort very rundown. Our room was very dirty, dusty. Shower over bath was not great, the bottom of the bath was peeling so very rough under feet. Bed & pillows were lumpy, not 5 star quality. Housekeeping obviously very rushed, our toilet did not get cleaned for 4 days, no toilet brushes in room to even clean yourself. Quite disgusting actually!
