Staff was friendly and helpful

Old run down rooms, air conditioner didn't work, light in room would not turn off, flashing bright smoke detector light all night kept us awake, beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, breakfast was minimal with grainy powdered eggs, dining area was cramped. felt like an old motel 6.

Absolutely horrible experience. Website is not updated, pool was closed for maintenance with no warning. 2 black hairs found in our eggs. Beds hard as rocks and on metal springs that poke into your sides all night, beds seem like theyre on the verge of breaking they're so loud everytime you move. Sink water didnt work in one of the rooms so we used the bath tub water. Will absolutely never stay here again!

Needed a room in town for 2 noughts near the college for a volleyball camp, only picked this one due to the pool, would not go back. Our entry door did not seem secure and the molding that previously held the "chain" was falling off and you could see light through the seam, lights were faulty and flashing inside, bathroom door would not stay closed, and bathroom was the smallest I have ever been in. The pool area was always empty because it looked very much under construction, I questioned if it was even open, the front desk said it was, so we went. That was probably the highlight of the hotel. continental breakfast was typical for the class of hotel.

The breakfast was terrible. Eggs were made from powdered eggs and water was used. They were salty and the texture was disgusting food was cold.

We checked in a day early and they would not move the registration so we paid another night. We were checking out a day early and they refused to refund us that day.
