TV was broken with very noisy neighbors

Beds were dirty, deadbolt lock broken, shower did not drain, generally property run down.

The hotel was neat and clean and the staff was very nice.

The air conditioning window unit is very loud and cycles on and off all night long. Unfortunately, there were many students staying there for sports events, and they partied well into the night, it seemed, right outside the room. .

Bed was noisy and uncomfortable. I think that the idea of removing the desk clerk, turning into a kiosk technology is impersonal and lacks the human spirit. Not what customer service looks like.

7am shower did not work, handle just spins, Water comes on but is stuck on scalding hot. No one at the desk, 730 as I leave. Finally, a person is at the desk, she doesn't care, makes no offer to fix it,or find a room I can shower in, nothing!!!!!!!!! Ridiculous, do not stay here...

The laundry was very worn and there was garbage in boxes and bags under the stairwell. Bed was comfortable. The entry to the rooms was outside.

Staff was good. Rooms okay
