It was a great experience. Staff is very good. Nawal Ji who was at dining served us and he was humble and polite.

We picked this stunning property to mark our little one's first birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made as a family. Gaurav, Imran and Balbeer went above and beyond from the moment we arrived — every little gesture, every thoughtful touch, made us feel so seen and cared for. What truly melted my heart was how much attention and affection our son received; he was clearly the star of the stay! We chose this beautiful property to celebrate our son’s first birthday, and we were delighted to experience such warmth and home like hospitality from the entire Taj team, right from the time of check in, to the stay, the special moments created by the team that added to the celebration. Our stay at Taj Jai Singh Palace, Jaipur was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a grand royal welcome rooted in Rajasthani culture, which instantly set the tone for a truly regal experience. One of the most delightful aspects was the presence of numerous peacocks roaming freely across the property, adding a serene and magical touch to the surroundings. Wonderful Birthday Celebration Experience We recently celebrated a birthday at Marble Arch Restaurant, Jai Mahal Palace, and it was truly a memorable experience. The elegant ambiance, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality made the occasion very special. A special thanks to Mr. Sumer and Mr. Omendra Singh for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. Mr. Omendra Singh captured some beautiful photographs during the celebration, making the occasion even more memorable. His attention to detail and photography skills helped us create wonderful memories that we will cherish for a long time. The entire team ensured that every aspect of the celebration was perfectly managed. We truly appreciated their efforts in making the birthday so special. Highly recommended for special occasions, family gatherings, and fine dining experiences in Jaipur.

Very nice ambience, everything about here is royal very apt for a palace like this. The staff, people from the reception, in room dining, everything was top notch. The speciality restaurants are amazing, specially the authentic Italian one. Received great help, support and hospitality from Tanushree.

Joli établissement dans lequel l'accueil est impeccable. Le personnel est attentif et disponible. La nourriture aux restaurants et au petit-déjeuner est très bonne. La pisicine est belle et agréable. En revanche, il est un peu dommage que la masse de pigeons défèque sur un des bords. Le parc et les communs sont propres et bien entretenus. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que l'eau soit gratuite aux restaurants et à disposition quand nécessaire, c'est très appréciable.

Rien contre l'établissement car ils mettent tout en œuvre pour que le séjour soit des plus agréables. En revanche, une partie de la clientèle questionne un peu dans ce type d'établissement, aussi si vous voulez profiter du calme de la piscine il faut y aller tôt le matin et ensuite pendant la journée quand le soleil tape (mais au moins il n'y a personne)... sinon elle peut vite devenir une piscine de "camping" et perd alors de son charme (personnes qui jouent au ballon dedans, cris, plongeons etc.).
