Superb service, ambiance and No.1 atmosphere . Our entry in the palace was excellent with warm welcome from Mr.Bhagawan ji…. He is an amazing and enthusiastic person. Aslam ji served the breakfast with so much enthusiasm and care. Ravindra ji’s hospitality was on another level. Great value of Taj brand is represented at all levels.

What a lovely and a spectacular palace feels like living like a royal it was my anniversary and they greeted us so nicely from the watchman to the manager everyone was so involved in making us feel special they also gave us a special room upgrade . Their service is outstanding and best in class . Special mention to Ravindra Ji, Aslam Ji and Bhagwan Ji they were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home

The Palace was a lovely place to stay in we stayed at the Peacock Suite and it was huge and spectacular…. The main attraction here is the out of this world service provided here where everyone is so warm and loving… Specifically Ravindra Ji, Aslam Ji, and Bhagwan Ji they were very welcoming and so enthusiastic.

Had a wonderful experience at Jai Mahal Palace. The property has a beautiful royal charm, peaceful surroundings, and exceptional hospitality. The food at Marble Arch was excellent as well — every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. A special thanks to Sumerji for being so warm, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. His hospitality truly made the visit even more memorable.

We had an amzing dinner experience and wife's birthday celebration at Marble arch restaufant. Thanks to Sumer ji and Monu Pratap ji for ensuring the dishes were served timely and last minute requests were handled carefully.

Our recent stay at Jai Mahal Palace was truly exceptional and memorable. From the beautiful heritage property to the warm hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Satish (house keeping) Sunil, Madan, Bhabhesh, Aslam, and Abdullah ( marble arch ) for their outstanding service and attention to detail throughout our stay. They were incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their professionalism and hospitality added a personal touch that made our experience even more special. The overall atmosphere, food, service, and comfort at the palace were absolutely wonderful. We left with beautiful memories and would highly recommend Jai Mahal Palace to anyone looking for a luxurious and warm hospitality experience in Jaipur. We can’t wait to visit again!

I had an amazing stay at Jai mahal Palace especially Ms Santosh at spa was very nice. She did an excellent massage and it was a very blissful and satisfying experience ( Anand and Santosh!)
