It’s amazing.

My 12 year old had no facilities. My suggestion to these 5 star hotels is to have a recreational room…with Table tennis, pool table or similar families. Some entertainment for children. The gym is not for 18 below so my son had not much to do except swimming. And how much can one swim.

We had upgraded to club facilities - the F & B offered at the Club Lounge needs to be better - it surely was not TAJ standard!

F & B at the club lounge The bedroom had no full length mirror The sink console was very tight - could not accommodate my amenities

The room was great, got an upgrade

The room service was really slow, even ordering ice and water took them 1 hour 20 mins. The food ordered wasn’t any good either. Had to pay an additional 12k for allegedly smoking on the room after and hour later I had checked out.

Property was good

Breakfast arrangement not at all at Taj standard, in fact a hotel with 2/3 k rental wd be better than this , it was like a shamiana type hall , such a low class not at all a Taj standard , ideally you should refund money
