I had not used this Hilton brand before and was pleasantly surprised. A nice big room and friendly, helpful staff.

Not a full restaurant service in the evening - only the bar area. Food and service was fine.

The hotel needs a lot of work. When my husband and I checked into our room the toilet in our room wouldn’t flush. We immediately went back down to tell the attendant. She told us there was nothing she could do cause the “housemen” were gone. I asked if she could move us to another room and she said no because the hotel was full. Luckily there was a nice gentleman that worked there that overheard the conversation because I was asking if she could find a plunger for us or Anna’s she said no. But this young man located a plunger from the cleaning closet and gave it to us for my husband to plunge the toilet. Thankfully he was able to get the toilet working. The young lady did not even attempt to help so glad there was someone listening to the conversation. She was rude and unconcerned with her responses. Don’t waste your money here. It’s cheap for a reason! They need a complete overhaul of the facilities and staff.

Well known brand with high service standards. Clean. Breakfast.

Slow Internet. Not all personnel is helpful. Do not reply to email. Hotel is under construction till the end of 2026.
