"Paid for the breakfast through booking but got turned around by staff, stay was average"

Nothing really , it’s needs to be updated bad

Elevator was very old, carpets in the hallway very dated maybe from the 80’s or 90’s , the room was old , the tub was very old. In today’s time thought downtown Wilmington would been a solid location

"Front desk lady needs to learn service animal laws!!!!"

I just went to book a room (around 7:30pm on 12/27/25) and got so disrespected by the snarky front desk lady who OBVIOUSLY needs to brush up on service dog laws. You are legally NOT allowed to require service animal papers to book a room or ask what the service animal is for. When I told her that she laughed in my face and shook her head. I am shaking I am so mad!!!!! She was so rude and belittling. Going to a different hotel now. LEARN THE LAWS AND BE RESPECTFUL ESPECIALLY TO CUSTOMERS!!! Shame on you lady.
