"The hotel might be okay once the renovation is completed. Front desk needs to more customer focused."

location is great. The hotel is being renovated tho and it was not very busy.

They first sent me to a room on the 7th floor and said upon check in: "Let me know if you have a problem with the room, the floor is being renovated but it the rooms should be fine". I never made it into the room because the floor was a construction zone that was dirty and smelled like paint. When I went downstairs to the front desk to complain, the desk agent said he hadn't seen the floor and was told it was okay to send guests there. I couldn't understand how the agent could send guests there without knowing the condition of the floor... He moved my room and upbraided me for "raising my voice" . He never apologized claiming he's not allowed to leave the front desk, in essence saying it's not his fault that he sent me to a floor that was clearly not ready for guests. I don't accept that he couldn't know the condition of the floor. Instead, I felt as though he was trying to stick me with a sub standard room... Which is why I raised my voice. Overall, I was not happy with my interactions with this fellow.

"A lot would have to change before I ever booked there again"

They were renovating but seemed to be pretty.

1. Check in Staff was in there phone and eating at front Desk . Asked as though I was bothering them . 2. Renovations we’re going on 3. The water stopped working for almost 40 min. Went to front desk to inquire about what was going on and Dear attended was rude and smart mouth . 4. Room next to mine someone was smoking Marijuana and it was Horribly strong , absolutely Unacceptable. 5. It said Breakfast included but they wanted $17.00 So disappointed in the entire Stay . These are usually nice Facilities.
