Overpowering smell of sewage in the apartment and the lift. Bathroom was particularly smelly so we couldn't leave the door open into the bedroom at all. Floors were not well hoovered or mopped from the last people who stayed. Ripped canopy, weeds and dead plants in pots on balcony area. The whole place felt extremely tired and in need of maintenance.

Molto spazioso l’appartamento è dotato del necessario. Avrei solo sperato in un cambio di lenzuola e soprattutto di asciugamani dopo 5 giorni di soggiorno. Forse potevo chiederlo espressamente.

Cleaning / grouting in shower requires some attention, metallic taste from water so impossible to have tea/ coffee but likely it was a new Kettle. Could not fault it otherwise except for storage area under the communal stairs

The perfect location to explore this amazing city, within easy walking distance of the main attractions, eating breakfast and enjoying a glass of wine on the outside terrace was a real treat, the penthouse suite was clean and the bed comfortable, has everything you would need for a couple staying in Seville.

The first thing that hits you when you exit the lift is the smell, it’s pungent, fortunately it isn’t in the apartment, the damp on the ceiling of the stairwell may be the root cause, however it is an old building in the old town. The apartment is much smaller than the picture indicates, it’s a good base and could be so much better with a little care. It’s relatively basic and certainly not luxurious, the shower is very poor, curtains holed and the sunshade is ripped, small investment and a bit of care could make this perfect.
