Pas assez d'eau chaude. Tu prends une douche et 5 minutes plus tard l'eau devient tiède voire froide. Si vous êtes 2, seulement 1 peut prendre la douche. Le lit un peu étroit et serré entre 2 murs. Un fauteuil à l'entrée était taché. L'illumination de l'appartement pas très agréable, l'evier de la cuisine trop étroit. Le frigo pas très stable . Pour faire à manger dans la cuisine c'est compliqué.

Premièrement la situation géographique et le service. L'appartement est très grand très confortable et très propre. Flavio a répondu très vite à mes questions et à mes demandes. Il a été d'une aide précieuse lorsque j'en ai eu besoin. J'ai eu un service plus que parfait. Merci

Super centrale ligging

I really recommend this property - location was amazing; Seville is very walk-able but this was a few minutes walk from a lot of the main sites (i.e. Cathedral) and close to many shops, restaurants and cafes. The bed and pillows were super comfy (a big thing for me)! Bathroom and living was spacious. Kitchenette was smallish but absolutely fine for making breakfast. Pretty well stocked with utensils, plates and pots/pans. Check in was super easy - door codes given which were actually really useful (as you don't have to worry about keys). There is a lift too. Regardless of the minor negatives below, it is definitely worth it.

Due to the location and being very central, I wouldn't say it was noisy but there are naturally some noises from the restaurants early in the morning (around 7am) with delivery vans etc. I wear earbuds and was completely fine - couldn't tell you if there was any noise there was throughout the night. Only other very small thing was the emergency exit signs in every room - this was annoying in the bedroom as it made the room not so dark so I had to cover this up. Finally, to clarify, with the balcony - there are doors which open up but there is no balcony to step out onto. Also there is not much view - one window looks out to the building opposite, the other looks down a cute alley. None of this took much away from the enjoyment of my visit, I just like to be transparent.

Il bagno non era pulito, c’erano molti peli e capelli Il top del lavandino non era utilizzabile perché il lavandino perde ed usciva tutta acqua Non c’erano posti dove appoggiare le cose in bagno L’aria condizionata non funzionava, in 5 giorni non è stata sistemata e non mi è stato detto più nulla Soggiornavo con un neonato di 5 mesi e ne avevo bisogno Non co tornerei e non lo consiglio

Excellent appartement très bien situé , acces facile avec un code. Literie très confortable Je recommande cet établissement et je lui donne une de 10/10
