Posizione molto centrale, check-in digitale e facile e possibilita' di lasciare i bagagli in deposito prima, appartamento spazioso con letti comodi e dotato di tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni lunghi

La pulizia puo essere migliorata (un po' di polvere in giro e qualche macchia su delle lenzuola) e l'appartamento affaccia su una strada molto frequentata e quindi un po' rumosa

"Trotz der negativen Dinge noch sehr gut, wg der Lage!"

Lage, Ausblick, Bad und Dachterrasse waren wunderbar! Das Bett war prima und die Wohnung war sehr ruhig!Befindet sich in der schönsten Einkaufsstraße der Altstadt. Kaufhalle ebenfalls in der Nähe. Fussläufig zu erreichen waren auch viele tolle Restaurants und ein Taxistand. Kleiner Fußweg zum Hotel ist leider nötig- aber durchaus akzeptabel! Insgesamt: Terrasse u. Schlafzimmer mit Bad waren super- WZ u. Gästebad Nicht so…Da wir nur zum Schlafen da waren, war es sehr schön! Schlüsselübergabe ( Nummer für Check) hat gut geklappt!

Am Haus war keine Nummer , so dass wir nur mit der Hilfe freundlicher Passanten die Unterkunft erfragen konnten. Sehr störend war der Geruch nach Abwasser( geschlossene Tür!) aus dem Gästebad, so dass wir auch das Wohnzimmer kaum nutzen konnten! Wir hätten am Abend Morgens gerne eine Heizung gehabt, haben aber keine gefunden?! Das Mobiliar des Wohnzimmers war recht abgewohnt…

Posizione della casa in centro e ottimo terrazzo. Cucina molto attrezzata

Bagno con perdita di acqua dal water e quindi con presenza di acqua per terra; segnalato e non avuto risposta. Per questo problema, puzza di fogna e quindi finestra sempre aperta e porta chiusa con freddo in casa. Divano letto con materasso sporco. tutto questo segnalato subito con sms ma dopo sollecito avuto risposta dopo 5 giorni al momento della partenza.

La ubicacion en pleno centro

Mobiliario muy Justo, faltaría un armario, algún mueble o algo donde apoyar cosas en el baño, una mesita de centro con el sofá o algún mueble auxiliar . Al llegar no estaba listo el apartamento y tuvimos que esperar. La televisión no funcionaba

Ottimo appartamento in centro, tutto perfetto e attrezzato. Addirittura set usa e getta x lavare. Unico neo al primo piano si sentono molto i rumori esterni nonostante i serramenti massicci. L'appartamento era molto spazioso, curato con gusto minimalusta e dotato di tutta la biancheria. Consiglio
