Croix Grand Hotel

The room was decent, the location was quiet. The problem is that we were locked out of our room last Saturday so we went to the front desk. We told them the problem, they did not ask if we were guests, did not ask our name, and then procedded to activate a key for our room. This being said, chairs were placed in front of the door for the remainder of the trip. Anyone can access your room by just walking in and asking for a key

Please don’t waste your money. This place is in such an awful condition it should be reported to OSHA. I can’t believe they get away with renting these rooms. Stay away!!!!!

I liked the bed and you have plenty of hot water. The floor lamp bulb was dead and it was concerning someone could walk up to our door, slip in the mag key, and walk in on us concerning.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The whole property is in a very poor state of repair. It was dirty, noisy, and uncomfortable. There was no cable TV, and the few live channels had very poor reception. Even the lighting in the room was too dim!

Terrible. We left. Trying to get our money back through Expedia. But unfortunately everytime Expedia tried to contact them, they never answered and I have never received my money back.

The room is clean the breakfast tables, when I checked in at 5 PM,still add crumbs on them from breakfast or whatever was going on during the day. The parking lot area was iffy a lot of cigarette butts. The pool area should be cleaned up a little bit more. Cool water looked good was nice soon warm, but yet refreshing. Which is good to find in july. Someone needs to attend to the breakfast bar better. There was no coffee made.There was no butter out for the waffles... I had to ask for all of that.

You get what you pay for! Although it was pretty clean, the tv only had 5 channels, the pool was down and outside there were cigarettes butts every where. There was also trash laying around the property. Breakfast was pretty terrible. No fruit or yogurt, just nasty eggs and sausage and waffle maker.

The pillows were hard and the beds were on the smaller side and didn’t have a lot of support in the springs. The property was clean and so was the room. It was worth the money we spend for the night.

The room is very dirty.
