Croix Grand Hotel

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Worst hotel we’ve stayed, and that saying a lot, considering we travel for work. When we arrived the placed looked nothing like the photos. We had at least 4 issues with the door locks and key cards not working. The room itself was completely gross, the floor hadn’t been cleaned and the room smelled horrible. There’s water damage all over the celling. The pool looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months… then, if we asked if it was open because it was dead bolted, the lady at the front desk said well it’s kinda swim at your own risk. The hotel also had what seem like illegal immigrants with all kinds of buses then they would all watch us from the balcony while we were swimming in the pool like creeps. Always felt like we were being watched. There was a big cord in the pool attached to a light and the light is hanging out in the pool. We were originally supposed to say for about a week, but we left a day after the stay.

I believe it a great well staffed hotel but the price for the room is way to much with rust being the biggest issue and the outer windows and doors of 117 room# has been prided open

The room they gave me has no power and don’t gave another option. So I left the property

That if something gets damaged on the property the employee are very quick and cleanly at fixing the issue at hand.

This hotel is unsafe, noisy, and dirty. The staff was friendly, but I don’t recommend it. There was fecal matter on the wall in the bathroom, there are holes in the walls, mold, and the doors aren’t sealed properly so bugs got in. My a/c was put at home so it served its purpose for that alone, but it’s unsafe and unclean. I left at night to get food and there was groups of folks outside yelling and threatening eachother. It’s not well lit and as a female alone I was terrified.

Disappointed is how much trash other guests Leave around outside. Actual room was ok. Comfy bed. Clean room. Gap under door. Went to lobby for breakfast. Coffee was gross and no cream; just powdered creamer. My husband drinks decaf and when he started to pour, you could see all the grounds.

If I could give no stars I would. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE. We had to leave in the middle of our stay because the bed was HORRIBLE and uncomfortable and the room was dirty, complained to the front desk and asked for a new mattress and was told NO THAT ALL THE MATTRESSES WERE THE SAME. I have nothing good to say about this place.
