The location was great and the price was reasonable

Absolutely terrible customer service. The heater didn’t work in the room, the garbage disposal didn’t work, the kitchen sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. The elevator was broken and had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor my entire stay. The carpeted stairs and hallway were disgustingly dirty and black. The door leading to the stairs is supposed to be secured with room key access. It was broken and door stayed open and anyone could get in. I asked to be moved to a different room and management flat out refused and told me the hotel was booked and it clearly was not because the parking lot was half empty all weekend. I would NEVER stay here again and I don’t know how this hotel was a 7+ rated on booking.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Bugs were everywhere in the room. I highly recommend you check the room before booking the stay. within 60 minutes I went down to the office to request a refund since it was atrocious and they refused to refund me. I highly suggest to be careful staying here.

It could have been cleaner. There were stains on the bathroom door and main entrance door to the room.

Very comfortable rooms. When we stayed the elevator was broken so we had to walk 3 flights of stairs anytime we weld our room. Room and service made up for that though
