Location was great, staff was very friendly.

Horrible experience, original room provided (studio suite) was not the room booked (2br suite). Broken elevator didn’t allow upper level access to our guests with limited mobility, so had to settle for a 1br suite. Front desk advised to notify booking.com to submit a partial refund request abd committed to over $90 reimbursement for the difference in rates; however, when booking.com contacted the property, they refused to honor the partial refund.

They didn’t have room service or cleaning throughout the stay. The room and corridors had a weird smell so I had to keep a candle on the whole time

Our day was great. The mall was right there shopping eating the laundry. Everything was fantastic about this place.

Staff, location, size of suIte

WIFI - seems like only one device can be connected at any one time now, Always have to use my phone hotspot to get connected for work. Elevator is always out of service.

The elevator wasn't working, I had to climb the stairs with my heavy suitcase, the room smelled bad, the hallways had a strong smell of marijuana, the air conditioning in the room was very noisy, breakfast was not a good experience, the attendant didn't replenish the food when it ran out, we had to keep asking because he was in another area talking to another attendant in the lobby. I left a $100 deposit, and they only refunded me $94.00, without any explanation.

The location is good and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

The entire property reeked of weed and cigarette smoke. There was hair in the bathroom shower drain, and the bed was as hard as a rock. We had booked the property for a total of four nights, but left after only one because it was so terrible.
