I love the staff Mrs Kim and Mrs Jennifer are so polite and helpful, really all the staff are very friendly and polite, However the staff aren't given the the things they need to accommodate.. there was barely any breakfast and none of the doors open all the locks are busted. Someone needs to call undercover boss. The best thing about the stay is the staff and the price.

We drove up and saw it was not very clean looking. Went inside and just could not bring myself and my 88 year old mother to stay there. I canceled and left

This property has went down hills staff is not trained nor perfessional.. they dont have lien tiolet paper when u ask for service .. rooms have roaches no working internet.. only thing good is that the rates are fairly low .... but i see why ... room doors are left open u have to fund someone to open your door everytime with master key because the key locks dont work ..

Pest control needed to be called seriously. I reserved a room the day before online, and got there to check in around 8 PM and had to wait almost 30 mins for a room to become available and cleaned, but when I in the room the roaches met me at the door like the greeting committee. When I got there and was advised of the problem with a room, I was offered a chance to get my money refunded so I could find somewhere for me and my family, now that was crazy. I’ll never be back there again. I was told by a staff member that people often sneak in and stay in rooms, so I know this place definitely isn’t safe. Baymont needs to be torn down and and rebuilt, no snake machines or soda machines for the guess. Our experience was just horrible… can I give them - stars ?
