Several things bad here. Bugs in the room, one of our rooms had nasty carpet that should have been changed a while back, mold and mildew in the bathroom, the compressor in the AC wasn’t kicking on so no cold air, room smelled horrible! So the staff was for the most part friendly except the lady checking us out. My girlfriend talked to her about the bugs and other issues after the stay and got a smug smile in return instead of I’m sorry. Tbh I would have never left a review if the whole deposit issue would not have happened but since it did, I felt it’s best to air it all out!!! Like I was saying, I would have never left a review if for the deposit issue. I had a $50 deposit for the room that was supposed to be given back after checkout. Well my deposit was no where to be found and they did not have $50 cash at the hotel…!!!!….Finally after pointing fingers at the young man that checked me( who by the way was a bright spot for the place!!) claiming he missed placed it OR took the deposit,,,, it was found under the drawer… Good job for blaming someone in front of a customer and Good job for holding us up for $50!!! How about give me the deposit then find the missing money later after I’m gone. We won’t be back

The hotel is poorly managed by incompetent and unprofessional staff.

It was a very nice stay but almost all the outlets didn’t work. My charger kept falling out of it. And we had no shampoo or soap to wash our hands. And we couldn’t get the tv to work either. Just went to a fuzzy screen

I enjoyed my stay from March 15 - 17. The staff was professional, kind, considerate, and very accommodating.

Dirty, roaches, the towels were stained, this was probably the most disgusting place I've ever seen.

The hotel looks like they are renovating and it look dirty everywhere. Lady in the front tried to help she came and changed the dirty sheets and clean the bathroom that the clean crew failed to prepared. I will never be staying or recommend this place.

The staff was nice but the hotel seemed like a drug type of building some of the staff seemed like they was on something or used to be and the grounds outside of the hotel was unkept and the "free breakfast" was nothing the had one hard ass bagel a couple broken coffee pots and that was it. The room it self was nice but had a god awful smell like mildew and the tv didnt work at all but other than that the beds was comfortable and we actually got some decent sleep and the ac unit worked amazingly.

This is the nastiest, trashiest place! Do not stay here… holes in sheets, bedding, bugs everywhere, nothing wiped down or washed down, I feel like the staff live here in the hotel, the bfast bar had 1 gallon of milk, opened cereal in a Tupperware container, that you pour out yourself, the tables were never wiped down, it was nasty, nasty, nasty. We went to Walmart to buy towels and new bedding bc it was so dirty and had holes in the bedding and sheets. The pool was mucky, so dirty had a water hose down in it and had not been winterized, had doors open to the electric part of the pool, you could not even get in the fitness room, they had to come down with like a crow bar to even let us in the fitness room, and then it was like a storage room with a few pieces of fitness equipment!! Make note!! Do not stay here! The most rude hotel staff would not honor my reservation bc we booked thru Expedia, and then made it out as to my fault , took 2 hours to find another room, and check in, repeated rudeness from front receptionist, she also had on pajama bottoms t shirt and flip flops, sooo disorganized and straight trashiness. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. Everything around was booked or we would have found another place and they could have kept my money!! RUN Run Run from this place
