Rooms were dirty and not ready. She told me breakfast was from 6-10am but no breakfast. No one at front desk to help. Ice machine broken. Pool not open none of this was listed on website

Quiet and peaceful stay. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Was hesitant about my decisions to book a room here because of the recent reviews but overall I was satisfied with my stay.

I've used the hotel for the past 2 years on My business trips to the area. Its always clean.

Booked with Hotels.com. When I arrived, the guy at the desk was half asleep, and then demanded I give $50 cash deposit. It smelled awful inside. Very runs down inside and out. Do not recommend!!

Couldn’t understand clerk or he didn’t understand us. Place was dirty, needed vacuum cleaning. Rooms doors were open. People going up and down halls knocking on doors. Clerk gave us wrong number of room- obviously couldn’t find it. 277 instead of 217. We have pictures of how it was. Breakfast? -we wouldn’t eat there if there was food out. Worst place ever!

Shower curtain is falling off the wall, air conditioning is barely working, No internet in the entire hotel (the manager said it doesnt work in the rooms ever), hot water wasn't hot, mold around the sink, No phone in the room.

This business is very unprofessional we was locked out of our room because staff wasn't in place the when ask for refund or discount we didn't received nothing so I paid for a room that i wasn't able to stay in , I do not recommend if you work late and trying to get in your room , staff is very unprofessional and rude

Like the hospitality good place to relax finally got to use the pool overall I will be going back again and I will refer to family and friends that it's a great place to stay.
