Holiday Inn Express Saint Simons Island by IHG

Very discouraging from moment of arrival to our departure.

Was not clean. Dirty bathroom and floors. I already submitted a review disclosing all our issues we experienced.

It was close to everything love the location

Breakfast was delicious. I especially loved the cinnamon rolls! W

When we arrived at dinner time I inquired as to places nearby for dinner and was handed a nice list with good recommendations! Desk was very helpful with directions also.

Terrible experience, the free breakfast was a joke. They ran out of food every morning and even plates one day. The staff was very rude at the front desk every time we had to deal with them. Room service never happened and we ran out of stuff. When we went to the front desk the man acted like we were inconveniencing him asking for body was and clean wash clothes. We’ll never come back and discourage others from coming. Corporate IHG should take this over from the franchise owner who obviously doesn’t care and is milking it for all it’s worth.

Comfortable bed
