Holiday Inn Express Saint Simons Island by IHG

A one rating is not good enough the rating should be a negative 50!!!! The manager at this location lacks integrity and has no clue what customer service truly is! He has no concept of how to greet weary travelers. And God forbid you should be unhappy about the services he provides or your stay. Because if you are unhappy he will cancel your reservation on you and on top of that he will call the local police on you. And then he will stalk you through the telephone and send a text message to you.! When I asked him his name he rattled his name off. When I asked for a business card he told me he didn’t have one. Save your self a lot grief and stay at the Hampton Inn!!! I did , the management there actually cares about its guests!

Stayed one night in January. Nice location and the desk folks were great. Our room was subpar for a HIE. Door was extremely hard to open and close. Bathroom needed to be redone especially the shower. Room was clean. Probably would try another place to stay if we return.

The staff was amazing...so courteous and friendly.

I felt it was a little pricy being not on the beach and there were others that were but I had already booked.

The staff was amazing. Especially the manager Eya. Friendly helpful, great people skills. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms need to be updated. Even the halls could use a make over - paint, carpet, etc.
