Lovely area, nice quiet,hot tub not working notworking

manager was very rude and they are NOT kid friendly! terrible experience. ended up leaving and booking a different hotel.

Clean, quiet and near the college

Terrible smell in our room, dead frog carcass by the chair in our daughter’s room, mold on the picture above the desk, hot water ran out for showering after about 3min of running! When told the manager upon checkout about the dead frog she just laughed it off saying”oh you had a visitor?” No the frog is a skeleton and obviously has been there for awhile!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet, restful, and our pet loved it, too.

This hotel offers a hot breakfast as well as fruit, yogurt, bagels, and some packaged pastries. Decent coffee and juice selections. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning kept the room very comfortable and we were able to sleep really well without any noise from the hall or neighboring rooms. The hotel is near a golf course and beautiful homes. It’s a short drive to downtown Pella. This is truly a great hotel for the low price! Our rate for a four night stay totaled $311!

Will definitely stay here again! Room was cozy, easily accessible, and staff was super friendly and helpful!

The rooms were nice

There was no water in the rooms. We traveled from Australia to go to our first Knoxville race. It would have been nice to have a hot shower after a hot day in the sun and from the dust at the track.
