No hot water for 4 days and one night there was no water at all

Close to Knoxville

Water was cold and lacked pressure at times. I believe they were having trouble with the hot water system, however they didn't keep updated with what was happening.

Great hotel. Close to the speedway.

We ran out of hot water 2 days before we were leaving

They never even told us what was going on with the water went to get in the shower and no hot water

No hot water bed lumpy like it has a hole in the center tv reception is crap worst place ive stayed to date for 300 bucks

This was a very nice place. One interesting thing, a storm rolled in during the night and awoke us to a loud roar, which we momentarily thought might be a tornado. Come to discover that our second-floor room happened to be where the gutter downspout was attached to the outside wall and the rainwater draining off the roof created the most thunderous noise as it ran through the pipe! One other thing, there is only one washer/dryer located on the ground floor.

Great hotel

Went into my room upon check in and it smelled terrible like wet dirty dog and there were dead and alive bugs all over the floor, I turned around and checked out receptionist was great and gave me a full refund and very apologetic

Room floors were a grungy vinyl. Bathroom needed some paint to hide the water stains on the ceiling.
