Facility was very clean, room was updated and very nice and clean

No coffee or hot water available outside of the room. Could not get a cup of coffee or have a place to sit down other than in the room. Just not a welcoming environment.

Great access off the highway and close to a choice of restaurants.

We had a bit of a hoo-hah at check-in. The staff member wanted to cancel our booking made via Booking.com and re-book it as being direct with the hotel?? Something to do with local taxes apparently?? That really isn’t my problem and he should be taking it up with Booking.com themselves or taking the hotel off their platform.

You guys took the coffee out of the lobby!!! I stay with Quality Inn (Litchfield) because THERE IS COFFEE IN THE LOBBY 24/7!! now I will not stay as much as I am looking for another hotel. Litchfield Quality Inn was the best. My in-laws (Vazzi) got me started staying there. Thanks for the memories.....
