I did not like check in clerk saying the room number out loud. I had to stop her twice from giving out this info. As a safety precaution, that should never be said out loud . There were other people within hearing distance . You can never be too careful!

The staff we worked with when we first arrived too early to check in and when we checked out were not the friendliest. They acted as if we were bothering them. The lady who checked us in was pretty nice though.

Room was dirty. Pool area had no towels and pool chairs were in dispair.

The property is old and needs renovation

the hotel decided to downgrade my room and then charge me more when I insisted I get the room I paid for!

It was good .

It was filthy and stunk terribly.

Very unclean room was not clean at all sheets were nasty and shows and bathroom were as well
