Property was in the middle of a renovation. "Breakfast" was in room 122. 1 table only cereal and prepacked muffins, coffe and juice.

"Rough."

The location, and the thought of all the things that could’ve been nice.

Breakfast was rough. Pool was freezing. No towels at pool, had to ask for some in the room as there were only 2 and 6 of us for 2 nights. Pull out bed was awful. Mattress was ripped and didn’t have any bedding. When asked for more bedding they gave us a blanket and said the pillows from the bigger bed should be used for the pullout and we only had 3 pillows per bed so that was a pillow a person which would’ve been fine but they were about the size of a throw pillow.. we have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay before but will not be back because anytime we needed anything it was as if we were a bother..

Handy to PRMC, nicely cleaned.

Shower faucet difficult turn on. When I tried to turn if off, it was dripping heavily. I really had to strain hard to get it turned off. There were also black spots in the calk

1-Beds and linens were nice/clean 2- staff was friendly and helpful 3-breakfast was nice and had a nice variety of food

1-Mold in and around tub 2-Sofa pull out bed is disgusting- thank goodness my 88 year old mom is small and fit on the couch 3-AC/heat noisy whisling sound each time it came on to warm the room 4- internet cut out multiple times during stsy
