The location. My employer has 2 jobs going in the city. This motel is easy access to both.

The staff was different this time. My friend Tina wasn’t there with her big smile when I checked in, only saw her one day. I was not impressed with her replacements.

The stairwell had hot cocoa stain and rocks that were not cleaned up in my 2-3 day stay. The doors were recently changed and our room did not dead bolt. The 3rd floor stairwell door stuck. The 2nd floor stairwell fire door did not close. The 3rd floor elevator sign was broken and the wall had damage around from the elevator. The corner of the parking lot was strewn with litter and not addressed during our stay. Our room's sink drain stopper was in pieces in the room. And surprisingly, the room slanted as evidenced by the bureau drawers opening on their own when bumped. Sofa couch bed was not great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and warm. Pool was cool, but clean and enjoyable. Decent stay but wished they would clean up a bit and fix the doors.

Pictures were a bit deceiving. I stayed 3 nights. People were friendly. Parking lot was a mess. Garbage everywhere outside. It’s in a good location.

Room was quiet bed comfortable and shower hot and refreshing.

Room location was good

Curtains weren’t hanging completely, tub didn’t drain, toilet seat loose, flush handle needs repair. Musty oder. Breakfast was minimal at best.

Convenient location to the Interstate, shopping and restaurants.

The rooms was dirty, The mini refrigerator was broken and making a loud noise and was replaced upon our insistence, and the replacement was molded inside. Dresser drawer was missing, and one of the queen beds was broken and extremely uncomfortable. When concerns where brought forward to the front desk, nothing was done to make our stay more comfortable. We could hardly understand what was being said as far as language barrier. Toilet paper holder was broken and there was mold in the shower corners.

It was good will be back
