The location was right across the highway from the hospital. The staff was nice.

There was mold everywhere, the tub leaked put the bottom, the beds were stained horribly. The remote for the TV didn't work. All around it was absolutely horrible.

The rooms are non smoking and the bed was comfortable.

I had a king sweet with a hot tub that didn’t work… I had to argue to either be put in a different room or discounted rate.

TV had a hard time turning on.. bathtub didn’t drain

was very outdated, carpets needed replaced or at least cleaned, water standing in bath tub, pool and pool area is very small and cold, tile in elevator chipped. Just not very pleasant experience.

The bed is comfortable. Other than that, I am so disappointed in my stay. I had surgery on 7/22/25 and we arrived 2 days prior. We had our 2 mini dachshunds with us and told the lady at the desk they would be leaving when my husband had to leave on Saturday morning. We also told them we didn't know what we would do with the dogs on the day of surgery. My husband couldn't leave the hospital until after I was out of surgery and he spoke to the surgeon. So since he was going to be gone from the hotel from 11 until 6pm, we boarded the dogs just down the road. Dachshunds are known for how much they like to bark at everything, so we figured it would be better for other guests, as well as me worrying about how they were doing back at the hotel, they and everyone were better off with them boarded. Well, it seems you have to advise them ahead of time that the dogs wouldn't be in the hotel. Dogs cost either $30 or $35 per day per dog. The manager was "kind enough" to lower it to $20/day/dog. When I finally got a printout of the charges, saw that they charged for the entire week for the dogs. They owe us a refund of 2 days the dogs were not at the hotel. $80, nothing like this stress after having major surgery. For us, money doesn't grow on trees. Also, be careful, the women who work there do not understand english. When the manager told her on the phone that he wasn't going to refund us, and we still had a problem with it, she just shoved the receipt and the managers business card at us. If you speak their language you should be ok.

Only 1 person at the front desk and it was very busy. RV parking is advertised but not marked in any way so it's confusing. Only 1 cart to haul your stuff. Breakfast was ok but nobody was working it! Nobody restocking or cleaning.

The hotel was not like the pictures our door would not lock. The air conditioner sounded like a semi truck I asked for extra pillows for pull out coach was told no the water shut off for over 2 hours the room was not c clean the hallway had a stained mattress and hole in wall never never again

Had issues checking in. Then charged a 100 dollar deposit i knew nothing about. The air conditioner is leaking and carpet is soaked. When i told them they were gonna come look at it but never did. Dripped all night

I would definitely stay there again!!
