Felicia at the front desk was wonderful!! I was there for a death in the family and the next morning, she watched for me and gave me a special treat that she had made and a hug. It brightened my day.

One of the window's seal was broken and fogged. The firepit outside the breakfast area is broken and looks bad so it should be removed.

"Beware Medical Service Dogs Unwelcome"

I travel with a trained Medical Service Dog. Hotel staff refused to allow me into the breakfast line with my service dog. I told them federal law states Service Dogs must be allowed in all public areas including buffets and where food is being served. They told me their hotel policy is no service animals where food is being served and I could Not access breakfast with my Service Dog. Therefore I couldn’t eat the breakfast included with my room price. I called their Customer Service Line who refused to help and told me to file an ADA Federal Civil Rights Complaint against the company.

Convenient location for our stay

Room smelled. Had an allergic reaction within the room and had to purchase Benadryl at the front desk.

Everything was very clean and staff was friendly. Room however had a musty smell and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable we have had in a hotel.
