Best Western University Inn at Valparaiso

The street-facing room was excellent for me, something new. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were complete. The area was quiet and quiet. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was included. The kitchen staff was very attentive to our needs. Thank you so much for everything. God bless you.

They should be careful with the bathrooms. I rented two rooms, and the shower didn't work in one of them. And the bathroom door came off. But the staff immediately fixed the problem. One of the TVs also didn't work.

The bed alone is a spa!!

I did not like the sliding door for the bathroom. Bathrooms need real doors. Also, big boxes of renovation materials in the hallway and lobby looked junky and made me feel we were in a work zone. I felt it was overpriced and did not match the photos advertised. Also, it was loud and we heard everyone walking past the door.

The staff was rude. Cold showers, tub stopped up. We moved to the Hampton Inn.

Easy to get to

The night clerk put us in a handicap king room and would not switch us to a regular room after i showed her our reservation.

Staff is great! There was a bit of construction junk, but understandable. Everything on the breakfast hot food section was kinda lukewarm.

The newly renovated hotel is nice.
