The good: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. John with the front desk was very helpful. The bad: The bathroom was small. The air conditioning did not work well. The room was hot and felt humid. John with the front desk was able to get it to work a little better than I could but the room was not as cool as it should have been. It was difficult to sleep at the temperature of the room. Upon checkout the day person at the front desk was still training and could not split the bill for my friend and myself. Overall impression: It was in a good location and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and it would have been a better stay had the air conditioning worked as it should have. I am willing to give the hotel another chance on a future trip.

Awesome stay. Best Western came through. Comfortable, room was right size, and amenities were what we needed. Room was cleaned every day. Would stay here again if we return to this part of Kentucky

Second year staying here and we will be back next year ! Staff was amazing the breakfast was excellent and rooms always clean

My 13 year old daughter & I stayed at this hotel for Breyer Fest. This room should not have been used at all (as evidenced by my attached pictures). Upon check in on Thursday night we noticed a strong odor of body odor in the room to the point I had to use body spray in the air to clear the odor. The next morning I noticed the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling badly. When I took a shower, the tub was clogged so bad I was standing in 2 inches of water. On Friday morning, I let the front desk staff know of the bad smell and I was told it was due to the carpets being recently glued. I was told that we would be able to switch to another room for Friday night. When we got back to the hotel Friday afternoon, the housekeeper told me that the tub was unplugged. We went up to our room and I noticed somebody had put new mud on the ceiling to cover up the water damage. I decided to chance it since we would have had to share a king size bed in the other room. Around 10:30 pm Friday night my daughter and I heard dripping and went in the bathroom and water was coming out of the ceiling. When I called the down to the front desk, the clerk said there were no other rooms available & said he would give us a discount. I was pretty upset & was going to check out and find a new hotel. However at this point it was 10:30 at night and too late to look for a new hotel with my 13 year old daughter. At check out on Saturday morning the front desk clerk told me she was unable to give me a discount because the card had already been charged the full amount without the promised discount. The phone didn’t work in the room & we noticed bugs as well. I did not realize it before booking but this is an unsafe area & definitely not family friendly. There is a place called the Hollywood Hustle almost right across the street and we saw several homeless men in the area. I have emailed the general manager for a refund and are still waiting to hear back.

If you're looking for a great stay in the safe secured try Best Western they actually listen to their customers and they take very great care of them I have been with them going all for three and a half years and each time I had a problem they was able to address the issue. They have an awesome breakfast bar in a comfortable bed asleep like a grown baby lol

Nice hotel, room was fine but the window unit did not keep our room comfortable at all. When we walked in it was turned off and hot. I turned it on and when we came back several hours later it was freezing. Overnight it got really stuffy and humid and we woke up several times in a sweat. The water from the sink smelled like sulphur and my daughter said she saw a gnat fly out of the sink drain twice. I let the front desk know about this at checkout. Breakfast was good and the brunette with glasses that was handling it was awesome!

Would not stay here again. Older but somewhat updated. Not clean, smelled, noisy air conditioner.

This location had the best landscaping I've seen and was well maintained by Management. The cook provided one-on-one service to assist with usage of breakfast equipment (pancake maker & microwave), made sure there was enough food for everyone & kept dining area clean at all times. The manager/owner was onsite and did inspections & maintenance of the grounds (both inside and out). The desk staff was courteous, friendly, and provided excellent customer service.

Failed to empty trash in room and replace supplies. Lobby and dinning room had hair wads. Had to ask for towels daily and room smelled moldy
