The staff had a new system that no one understood. They scanned my credit card and then advised me that they made a mistake and should not have charged my card for the room because I had paid through Expedia. The second floor was being renovated and there was active painting going on and dry wall dust everywhere. They agreed to give us another room but the toilet wouldn’t flush so we asked for another room but none were available so the next morning we were forced to check out but we could not get a refund! I deserve a full refund

Very easy to get to from the highway I10. Very clean and comfortable room, desk staff very nice and helpful. Very little noise from the interstate. TV was excellent. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and I felt very comfortable in the room Breakfast at 6:30 was very nice.

A smaller Holiday Inn than what I'm accustomed to but it all worked out. Staff was friendly & welcoming. Easy parking & restaurant was near by. Will come again to see the new renovations!
