Holiday Inn Express Breaux Bridge by IHG

the room that we stayed in was so clean, smelled clean, and looked brand new. Again, other than the lack of communication regarding the construction and really no options for the breafast as marketed the staff were very kind and the room was really nice.

I do not usually send reviews, however I was diapppointed with the fact that it was never relayed to me that this hotel was under construction. They only had three weeks left of work said the worker when I walked in and told her that I almost left because I thought that there was a mistake with my booking. She assured me that the rooms were all completed. I was woken up super early in the morning to loud noises due to the constrution and since the breakfast area was under constrution we were not able to have a good breakfast. They used a hotel room as the breakfast area and we only had about three options for food. This is one of the main things that I looked for in booking this hotel because we it is a budet save when going on a trip to have continental breakfast.

Disaster! Lobby being demolished dining room under construction. Dirty and dusty. Elevator not working. No receptionist at checkin - had to wait 10 minutes. Oversized couch in room blocks A/C and bed access.

Was available last minute

Under construction. Dusty room. Hot/cold shower control reversed. Couch didn’t fit room and blocked A/C. Lobby/reception under demolition. Breakfast in a bag. Over priced!

They are still under construction and they was an issue

This property had renovation work in the lobby & the breakfast area, but the property did not state this when my reservation was made. M

Breakfast and the room was nice.

Remodeling noise the last days of our stay and no breakfast. Staff should have given us a room farther away from the construction noise.
