The overall propert was good and location was perfect for the event I had. Staff was superb especially the Front desk Manager who ensure me and my family were very comfortable during our stay.

There were a few minor issues just as AC vents needed cleaning as they affected allergies.

From check-in to check-out the staff was super friendly & courteous. The lady that checked us in was a great front line, 1st impression person. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels...absolutely no complaints. Breakfast had something for everyone & there was plenty of it. Again, the lady who was over-seeing the breakfast area was super pleasant. Great stay!

Location was good close to my daughter’s college

Cleanliness awful…. Beds infested with bed bugs that resulted in my wife and I receiving numerous bites. My wife’s bites got infected that caused mental and physical issues. More written in remarks. Terrible stay and not satisfied with hotel manager’s or Hilton compensation. For all are trouble we deserve a full refund that according to Hampton Inn and Hilton customer service they were unable to do since we booked through booking.com. So requesting a full refund. This Hampton Inn changed me $180.66 on incidentals. Front desk keeps blaming it on their computer. So far I have contacted twice to clear up this matter. So frustrating and lack of customer still’s!!!
