Excellent location, very clean, friendly, great at the price we paid. Will certainly try to come back again if we can get another discounted rate stay.

Pretty sure we got a reduced rate... Wouldn't pay "full price" for the dated, no frills facility. Lots of wear and tear on items (hair dryer, kitchen ware, door frames, quilts, flooring etc). At a discounted rate however, it's unbeatable.

"It is a beautiful property with a warm and welcoming staff."

It was very convenient. I loved the swan towel arrangements and the peppermint patties- nice touch! The room was nicely decorated. The lights in the room were on for us, making it very welcoming. The room was chilly and we had to study the thermostat to see how to switch from AC to heat- directions may be helpful. The staff were warm and welcoming. We wished the weather was nicer to enjoy the deck.

"We extended two more days before we arrived so we could visit more of the area."

Liked the view from the back door unfortunately the weather was rainy, and we could not sit outside or walk along the shore. The room was comfortable once the heat warmed it up. The room was clean and the owners were great.

I feel because we were "pre-season" it took a while to get the room warmed up, and the hot water took forever.....
