Colonial Gables Oceanfront Village

We really enjoyed the privacy of the cottage and appreciated that all the basics were provided in the kitchen.

Wish it had a slightly better view of the water from the porch and the mini fridge ran very cold to the point of freezing our lemonade.

We had the privilege of staying in a cottage by the water. It had everything we needed and was a great value. The lady at the front desk was terrific.

Views were fantastic. Nightly fires at fire pit very enjoyable.

The view was gorgeous. Huge deck/balcony. It is in a great location. I am local and periodically check out local hotels for friends.

The bedding in the room was very uncomfortable. It was very pretty, but coarse and scratchy. Wasn't horrible, I just found it bulky. Bathroom was extremely small.

With the size room it is and considering the size of the bed, the available floor space was tiny!! The suitcase holder/stand had to be folded up and stored in the closet. Not enough drawer space for 2 people. So clothes were stacked in the floor and put on floor, UNDER the table. Suffice to say; Very, very "cozy." As to what we liked, it would have to be the location and views. Very quaint and cute accommodations. The shuffleboard court, horseshoe pits, and shoreside area are really pleasant.
