The size of the room, the pool area was great, and the breakfast was okay

The kids hanging out and making all kind of noise well after 11 pm . Tv wasn't working right away didn't have toiletries or enough towels.

"Never come back again. I paid for 2 adults to sleep in bed and my wife could get up that high."

Breakfast was nice.

Beds ridiculous high. My wife (5 foot tall) could not get in bed (she is 80 years old). She slept in chair. Room over all very dirty. Tub very small with no hand rail. Clerk did not explain $50 extra for damage. Luggage cart was rusty-sticky-dirty. My complaints feel on deaf ears. I was told that I received what I ordered.

"The bed made it impossible to get a good night sleep!"

The bed was to low had to sleep on the couch! Which was also to low but better than the bed!!

The bed and the lighting was bad!
