They did not try to meet my accommodation, Because I have a disability of not climb stairs find out that once I got there the elevation did not so I was force to look for another hotel at the last minute and no kind of discount for that. So this let me know never to do a Quality Inn over the internet with Booking. Thank But no,

bed was comfortable

Washing machine/dryer not working. Our room was not cleaned at all, no clean towels. We had to ask. No dusting was done in the hallways. Words were written in the dust from others!
