View of the river from my room. Staff was pretty friendly.

Bad insulation, I could hear the people above me walking around, in the hallways & showers running! My bed had a feather bed on top of the mattress that moved around & was too soft. Very uncomfortable!

"Makenna is the BEST front desk employee around!"

I do not understand why this hotel only has two stars. The staff there are all amazing. I want to leave a special note regarding Makenna who works at the front desk. Her attention to detail was outstanding and her willingness to go out of her way to help out guests were unprecedented. I have never seen anyone that does more for the guests than she does. If all people were like her, this world would be a phenomenal place. Thank you so much, Makenna, for everything you did to help me out. You are amazing!

"Would not recommend due to location and needs updating."

Staff was wonderful to us but couldn’t fix the problems with the room. Weather was colder so heater was turned on. Smelled awful. Fridge/freezer has something spilled in it and wasn’t cleaned up. I just had surgery and was thinking by the reviews on booking that we had made a good decision on hotel. I needed rest and couldn’t just up and move after getting set up in room. Also homeless were outside. Breakfast was great though.
