"Convenient and comfy, have breakfast but if want more it’s only a short walk"

Next door to university and some great walks, can walk in to town in 10 minutes as well. Do bring ear plugs due to trains at night, but that is Sam for all places

"Will not return"

Booked a ADA room but was not available first night was told could move in next day on ore 3 day stay. Room was not ready and was told we needed to checkout first, that we could wait in the lobby or plenty in walking distance. Thinking they missed the needs of a ADA room as “walking distance “ is not an option. Sitting in the lobby without a shower was also not acceptable. We declined as we had plans. Sponge bath for our stay! Unfortunately wasn’t my happiest visit to Missoula.

Staff unable to help with needs. Unwilling to apologize.

"I enjoyed staying at Comfort Inn Missoula near University"

I wanted to have a quiet stay for my birthday in Missoula that was within walking distance of numerous eating and drinking venues. This hotel is perfect for that.

I had booked the hotel's complimentary shuttle from the airport. However, no one was there to pick me up wen I arrived. I called the hotel a few times to find out the status, and about an hour later the driver appeared. This certainly could have been better. Also, the WiFi wasn't the best. I needed to sign in multiple times each day during my 5 night stay. I was warned by staff that sign in would be needed every 3 days, but it was really closer to every 3 hours.
